From November 12 to 15, ARTOZA\u2019s top 100 exhibitors welcomed the pastry and bakery professionals, who searched new ideas and innovative products to upgrade their businesses, in a covid-free environment at the Metropolitan Expo. The decision of the Administration of the Federation to hold its important 34th Congress at the 17th ARTOZA, seals the inseparable links that connect all the professionals of the Bakery with the exhibition.
